1990-2015
2015年，“城市夢工廠”和“城市思想論壇”是一次全新的探索和實驗：前者是發散，用展覽的方式向更廣泛的公眾講述城市的共同夢想；后者是匯聚，將形形色色的城市觀點和態度匯聚為城市的共同聲音；一吐一納之間，我們在嘗試觸摸一座城市的呼吸。
如果說城市規劃是即將放飛的城市夢想，規劃院就是城市的夢工廠。
畫夢為展，讓城市規劃走出夢工廠，更要讓每一個人走進夢工廠，走進城市規劃，走進我們共同的未來。
休戚與共，利害相同，我們理當攜手筑夢。
If urban planning is the dream if a city that is aboutto fly, the planning institute just is dreamworks of a city.
Making an exhibition out of dreams is to pave the wayof the dreamworks for urban planning and, more importantly, the way foreveryone to go into the dream factory, into urban planning and into the sharedfuture.
We shall dream hand in hand.
展覽作品
作品名稱：我們在一起 We are together
城市把人與人串聯在一起，用職業；我的工作改變你的生活，你的工作改變他的生活，他們的工作改變我們的生活。一百個職業一百個人，站在他們中間，尋找那根鏈接彼此的線。
City connects people with jobs: my job changes yourlife, your job changes his life, their jobs change our life. Find yourselfamong 100 people all from different industries, trying to find a connection.
作品名稱：我們在一起2 We aretogether2
深圳就是中國，這里可以找到來自全國每一個區縣的“移民”；中國就是深圳，這里可以找到整個中國城市化的“模型”。我們在這里，我們在一起。
Shenzhen is China, where you can find immigrants fromevery corner of China. China is Shenzhen, where you can find the model of Chineseurbanization. We are here. We are together.
作品名稱：萬人城市印象 Impression of a city with tenthousand people
人就是城市，人也觀察城市。每個人都有自己的城市印象，卻難以用文字使之成像。這是來自一萬位“國匠”的印象，也是每一位觀察者心中的鏡像，讓眼睛選擇“城市印象”。
Human is city. Human watches city. Everybody hashis/her own impression of a city, which cannot be expressed in writing. Theseare impressions of 10 thousand planners from the Guojiang Urban Planner Forum, whichis the mirror image in every observer’s mind. Let the eyes choose “cityimpression.”
作品名稱：為人民，百公里+ Forpeople, 100 kilometer+
深圳有個叫“磨房百公里”的民間活動：每年幾萬人從全世界來到這里，在延綿的深圳綠道上不休不眠徒步走一天一夜一百公里。這不是我們當年規劃深圳綠道時能預料到的，但這是我們今天能親眼看到的，規劃師也許該為它做點什么了。
There is an activity called 100 kilometers at the MillHouse. Tens of thousands of people come to this place from around the world tohike 100 kilometers on the stretching Shenzhen Green Road for a whole day andnight. This is not what the Road was intended for, but years later, it is whatwe can see by ourselves.
作品名稱：人人都是規劃師 Everybodycan be a planner
時任深圳市長李子彬說“人民城市人民建，人民規劃人民編”。但是人民不會編規劃怎么辦？規劃師恐怕需要一套簡明的規劃語言：這套語言要能描繪空間，也要能描繪人的行為。也許，在未來，規劃師的重心不在“規劃”而在“師”。
The former Mayor of Shenzhen, Li Zibin once said, “Peoplebuild their own city and people shall develop their own urban plan.” But whatif people do not know how to come up with a plan? Planners should put in placea simple language of planning: it is capable of depicting both space and humanbehavior. Maybe, in the future, the focus of being a planner is not aboutplanning, but rather telling the story of planning.
作品名稱：城市，始于規劃 City startswith planning
規劃師，每天揮斥方遵、指點江山，玩兒的都是“時間”與“空間”這樣的大命題。抬眼一望二十年，俯首一筆九萬米，有時自己都笑話自己。但是，城市不能不去想未來，城市也不能不去畫全域。
Planners orchestrate the movement of city dynamics dayin the day out, playing around with grand topics such as “time” and “space”. Asimple dot in timeline is some 20 years down the line and a brief line in thedrawing is about 90,000 meters in the real life. Even planners make fun ofthemselves from time to time because of this. However, for a city, the futureshould be figured out and the master plan decided.
作品名稱：城市，無止于規劃 City, morethan just planning
城市規劃師，不止是城市的規劃師，也是城市的斷面：他們是父親、是兒子、是司機、是超市里買菜的大媽……他們就是生活在自己規劃的城市里……他們就生活在自己筆下的未來里……
The urban planner is more than a planner of a city.He/she is the cross section of a city: father, son, driver, and middle-agedwoman buying groceries in the supermarket. They live in the city they haveplanned…they live in the future drawn by their pen…

Does a city have thoughts?
If everyone is considered an independent cerebralneuron, a city connecting numerous people is more than a machine of productionor a machine of life. But rather, it is a machine of thoughts.
If a city boasts thoughts, we hope its mass of ideascan be visual.
